1. Using Space
Space is an Ospo service for sharing posts, discovering creators and connecting with other people. These Terms of Service apply to your use of Space. By creating an account or using Space, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Separate terms may apply when you use other Ospo products.
2. Your account
Space uses Ospo ID. Provide accurate account information, protect your password and verification codes, and tell support if you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission. You must have the legal capacity and any permission required to use the service in your country. Do not impersonate another person or use an account you are not authorised to access.
3. Your posts and creative rights
You keep ownership of the content you create. Only upload music, recordings, photographs, videos, artwork and other material that you own or have permission to use. Permission to use a recording does not necessarily include the underlying composition, samples, artwork or another person’s likeness. You are responsible for obtaining the rights needed for your post.
4. Permission to operate the service
When you submit content, you grant Ospo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, resize, transcode and display it as needed to operate Space and the features you choose. This includes delivering public posts and allowing in-service sharing and reposting. It does not transfer ownership of your work or appoint Ospo as your music distributor or publisher. The licence ends when your content is removed from our systems, except for retained copies needed for legal, security or backup purposes and uses already permitted through sharing.
5. Public posts and messages
Posts, profiles, comments and reposts may be visible to people outside your followers, including visitors who are not signed in. Messages are delivered to their participants. Recipients can copy or share what you send; do not send content you would not want them to retain. Saving a post does not give you ownership of it. Forwarding a post shares access to the original and does not grant permission to reuse the work elsewhere.
6. Community rules
Do not use Space for unlawful activity, threats, harassment, hateful abuse, sexual exploitation, fraud, impersonation or sharing someone’s private information without authority. Do not upload malicious code, bypass security or access controls, send spam, manipulate engagement, or infringe intellectual property. Do not scrape or harvest personal information or disrupt the service.
7. Reports, restrictions and appeals
Use the reporting options on a post or contact [email protected] to report abuse or a rights concern. Identify the content, explain the issue and include information supporting your report. We may review reports, remove content or restrict accounts to protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms. Contact support to ask for a review of a restriction. We may need to act without advance notice where safety, security or law requires it.
8. Collaboration and third-party services
You are responsible for agreements you make with other users, including permissions, credits, payment and ownership splits. A conversation, repost or collaboration request does not by itself create a distribution, employment or publishing agreement with Ospo. Third-party links and services have their own terms and privacy practices.
9. Account closure
You can request closure through Space account settings. Closing your Ospo ID affects Space and associated Ospo services. Sign-in is blocked immediately, with a 30-day recovery period before permanent cleanup is scheduled. Contact support during that period to request restoration. Shared records and information needed for legal, security or dispute purposes may require retention or review. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
10. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Space available and secure, but uninterrupted access, error-free operation and the accuracy of user content are not guaranteed. Keep your own copies of important work. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Ospo is not responsible for losses caused by other users’ conduct or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes and questions
We may update Space and these terms as features or requirements change. This page shows the latest revision date; material changes will be communicated through the service or relevant account contact where appropriate. Contact [email protected] with questions or disputes so we can try to resolve them. Your mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
